Little Agenda & Distress Oxides Ink
I have been wanting to try Distress Oxide since I heard how
well it blends with its dye and pigment properties. Ink blending has always
been a challenge to me as I always find myself too heavy handed. As you can see
in my cards here, the oxides ink blended very well and see how smooth they looked.

Lawn Fawn Scalloped Box Pop Up Card - Birthday party theme
I absolutely adore this pop-up box card die. It is so much
fun and there’s so many scenes you can create with it. I did a simple birthday
theme for my first attempt using this die and I know I will use this die again
many times in future.

Border stamp & Heat Embossing
I am a big fan of heat embossing!
It did take me a while to get a heat gun and it’s not even a craft heat gun. I
couldn’t find one locally within a reasonable price. While searching online,
someone said they used a DIY heat tool for their art project and it worked well so I
finally got a DIY heatgun.

All About Food
We all love food, right? Whether they are healthy or sinful
option, there’s something for everybody.
Who can resist a card filled with all sorts of foods!
I made this card for a friend who
really enjoys food, be it cooking, eating or even critique about it.
I looked through all my stamps
and took out all those with food images. There were images from a variety of
companies on this card; Sweet Stamp Shop Fruity, Bacon Break, Just Icons, Fall
into Christmas (discontinued), Mama Elephant Lunar Extras, Lawn Fawn Just for You and MFTStamps Mon Cherie.
The images were then coloured
with glitter gel pens to give it shine and interest. The sentiment strip was
cut from white card stock and stamp with a sentiment from MFT Beary HappyBirthday.
This card was easy to pull
together and made use of small images that you have in your stash. Hope this
card inspires you to use some of the less used stamps you have.

The Greeting Farm Little Mermaids
These little mermaids from The Greeting
Farm was so, sooo cute I can’t believe it took me so long to play with them. I
finally got round to colouring them last September and made 3 cards with them
last month. Yes, I am a very slow card maker. I have a demanding day job so I craft whenever I have the energy and time.
